Over €100k/month in revenue with €4k of ad spend

Dental Practices

Practice specializing in implantology and invisible orthodontics with an average deal size of €2,400. The problem wasn't the number of contacts — it was their quality. The previous campaigns brought in people looking for an €80 cleaning, not a €3,000 treatment plan. The cost of acquiring a patient who actually started treatment was unsustainable. We built a filtering system: creatives that talked explicitly about the premium treatments and their concrete benefits (people who weren't in the target audience didn't click — and that was the point), real pain points as educational entry points before any commercial pitch, a qualifying form with three mandatory questions (treatment of interest, budget range, urgency), staff follow-up within 4 hours of every submission. Time to first contact dropped from 48 hours to under 4. Patient response rate almost doubled. 61% of qualified leads turned into a confirmed appointment.

The context

Dental practice specializing in implantology, invisible orthodontics and professional whitening. Average deal size per treatment: €2,400. The problem wasn't the quality of care — it was the number and quality of the new patients coming in every month.

The problem

The previous campaigns generated contacts, but not patients. People who filled out the form often didn't pick up the phone, had price expectations miles away from the actual offer, or were looking for an €80 cleaning, not a €3,000 treatment plan. The cost of acquiring a patient who actually started treatment was unsustainable.

The system we built

Creatives that filter, not just attract. The copy talked explicitly about the premium treatments and their concrete benefits. Anyone not interested in that level of care didn't click — and that was the point. Less volume, higher quality.

Real pain points as entry points. The ads started from the patient's problem (embarrassment about smiling, pain ignored for years, old dentures) and not from the practice's service. The educational content built awareness before any commercial pitch.

Qualifying form built in. Three mandatory questions in the Meta form: treatment of interest, budget range, urgency of the problem. Anyone who didn't complete the form with coherent answers never entered the CRM.

Follow-up within 4 hours. The instant notification flow to the front desk cut time to first contact from 48 hours to under 4. Patient response rate almost doubled.

The result

With €4,000 a month in ad spend, the practice generated over €100,000 in monthly revenue from new treatments started. 61% of qualified leads turned into a confirmed appointment — a rate the team calls "never seen before."
