Fashion E-commerceMeta AdsAdvantage+CatalogCreative Strategy

From a scattered catalog to a scalable sales system

Fashion & Beachwear E-commerce

Mid-market fashion brand with a strong visual identity but a fragmented acquisition system: generic campaigns, no remarketing running, the same creatives for months. Sales depended on seasonal peaks — outside those windows, revenue collapsed. The catalog had over 800 SKUs, but the campaigns actively promoted fewer than 20 of them. We redesigned the approach: creatives built on desire angles (the identity, the moment, the occasion — not the product), the full catalog optimized and pushed into an Advantage+ Shopping campaign, dynamic remarketing layered by user temperature (product viewers, abandoned cart, past buyers), bundles and shipping thresholds to raise the average value of every transaction by 38% without touching unit prices. The algorithm learned in 3 weeks which SKUs converted for which audience profile. 31% of revenue now comes from customers who have already bought — a sign of a system, not of luck.

The context

Mid-market fashion brand with a strong visual identity but a fragmented acquisition system: generic campaigns, no remarketing system running, the same creatives for months. The Meta account existed but wasn't working — it spent without an architecture that turned traffic into repeat buyers.

The problem

Sales depended on seasonal peaks and promotions. Outside those windows, revenue collapsed. The catalog had over 800 SKUs, but the campaigns actively promoted fewer than 20 of them, wasting the entire long-tail potential.

The system we built

Desire angles, not product angles. The creatives weren't selling clothes: they were selling the moment, the identity, the feeling of wearing them. Every format — lifestyle video, UGC reels, editorial carousels — was built on a specific angle (aspiration, belonging, occasion).

Catalog campaigns + Advantage+. The entire catalog was optimized (data feed, titles, secondary images, custom attributes) and pushed into an Advantage+ Shopping campaign. The algorithm learned in 3 weeks which SKUs converted for which audience profile.

Layered dynamic remarketing. Separate sequences for product viewers, add-to-cart and past buyers. Each layer had creatives and an offer calibrated to the user's temperature.

AOV engineering. Bundles, progressive free shipping thresholds and post-purchase upsells raised the average value of every transaction by 38% without touching unit prices.

The result

Monthly revenue attributable to Meta reached €86,000 with a blended ROAS of 5.9x. 31% of revenue now comes from customers who have already bought — a sign of a system, not of luck.
